For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Area of low pressure has weakened slightly to 29.40
inches as it tracks into southern Quebec this morning. Westerly
winds will carry through today before the next cold front sweeps
through tonight turning winds more northwesterly. Unsettled
weather continues through early next week as cold air resides
over the region.

.MONDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Waves 5 to 7 feet.
Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west
10 to 15 knots after midnight. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves

.TUESDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southeast late
in the afternoon...then becoming west 10 to 15 knots late in the
evening. A chance of snow showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to

late in the evening.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 40 knot
gales increasing to 30 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales early in
the evening...then decreasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts to
40 knot gales in the late evening and early morning. A chance of
snow showers early in the morning. Waves 8 to 12 feet. Waves
occasionally around 15 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around
