National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI
344 PM EST Sat Dec 16 2017

For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak front averaging 29.90 inches will stall just
south of Lake Erie tonight as high pressure, 30.40 inches, builds
over the Ontario and Quebec border. The front will move back
northward Sunday and Sunday night as weak low pressure moves through
the central Great Lakes. This system will dissipate Monday in favor
of a larger system over central Canada that will bring greater
