THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.90 INCHES WILL BUILD FROM THE
MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TODAY ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT AND
SATURDAY. THIS HIGH WILL THEN REORIENT NEAR THE EAST COAST ON SUNDAY
AS A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM ENCROACHES ON THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES.
