For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure over Ohio will dissipate tonight
as weak high pressure builds into the region through Friday. Another
low pressure system organizing over the Central Plains on Friday
will then lift northeast along a frontal boundary draped across the
Central Great Lakes this weekend. This system will bring a period of
unsettled conditions throughout the weekend period.

.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 25 knots
becoming south 10 to 15 knots in the late evening and overnight. A
chance of showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers.
Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet late in the afternoon.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the northwest
after midnight. A chance of showers until early morning. Waves
1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots early in the afternoon. Showers likely in the afternoon.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots becoming south 10 to
15 knots after midnight. Showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.SUNDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales
becoming west to 30 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales late in the
morning...then becoming northwest 20 to 25 knots with gusts to
40 knot gales late in the afternoon decreasing to 5 to 10 knots
late in the evening. Showers early in the morning. A chance of
showers early in the morning. Waves 4 to 6 feet building to 6 to
9 feet late in the morning...then subsiding to 3 to 5 feet late
in the evening. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.TUESDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots
until early evening...then decreasing to 10 to 15 knots in the
late evening and early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet.

morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of showers
after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the

the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming east 10 to

to 6 to 9 feet after midnight. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.SUNDAY...South winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales
becoming southwest to 30 knots with gusts to 45 knot gales late
in the morning...then veering to the west with gusts to 45 knot
gales late in the afternoon becoming northwest 10 to 15 knots
with gusts to 30 knots late in the evening. Showers early in the
morning. A chance of showers early in the morning. Waves 8 to
12 feet. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet early in the evening...then building to
2 to 4 feet in the late evening and early morning.
