.SYNOPSIS...A DEEPENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM...29.20 INCHES...WILL
CONTINUE TO TRACK NORTHEAST TOWARDS THE HUDSON BAY TONIGHT INTO
TUESDAY.  THIS LOW WILL BRING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE AREA TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.  WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY AS COLD AIR BEHIND THE FRONT
