For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.30 inches, over the northern Great
Lakes will slide east across Ontario tonight. Meanwhile, low
pressure, 29.90 inches, over central Illinois will track to northern
Ohio on Wednesday. High pressure will then build into the area
through Friday.

occasionally around 8 feet.
