INCHES...WILL MOVE FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY
AND SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES TODAY. LOW PRESSURE WILL EMERGE FROM THE
ROCKIES AND INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS TONIGHT. THIS LOW WILL DEEPEN AS
IT TRACKS INTO LOWER MICHIGAN TUESDAY NIGHT BEFORE LIFTING NORTHEAST
