For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Mild air will continue to remain in place this afternoon
ahead of low pressure over Lake Superior, 29.50 inches. The low will
move east and pull a cold front through the Great Lakes overnight
tonight. Moderate northwest wind will follow the front during Friday
before high pressure moves in briefly Friday night and Saturday. The
next low pressure system will move through central Canada and lift a
warm front through the Great Lakes Saturday night and lead to
favorable conditions Sunday.

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to
15 knots early in the morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to
2 feet or less in the late evening and overnight.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 to
20 knots late in the morning...then increasing to 20 to 25 knots
early in the afternoon decreasing to 15 to 20 knots late in the
afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.SATURDAY...South winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to
15 knots early in the afternoon. A chance of snow showers in the
afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the
west after midnight. A chance of snow showers until early
morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming south 10 to 15 knots
late in the afternoon...then becoming southeast 5 to 10 knots
late in the evening. A chance of snow showers. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then
increasing to 15 to 20 knots early in the evening decreasing to

.TUESDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots backing to the north in the
late morning and early afternoon...then decreasing to 5 to
10 knots early in the evening becoming northwest 10 to 15 knots
in the late evening and early morning. Snow showers likely early
