WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.20 INCHES BUILDS FURTHER EAST
INTO SOUTHERN QUEBEC TODAY....LOW PRESSURE OF 29.20 INCHES WILL LIFT
INTO NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO. THIS SYSTEM WILL DRIVE A STRONG COLD
FRONT ACROSS LAKES HURON AND ERIE THIS EVENING. THE LOW WILL THEN
GRADUALLY MEANDER ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
WHILE SLOWLY WEAKENING.
