THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...SURFACE LOW PRESSURE...OF 29.20 INCHES...WILL SWING
THROUGH THE JAMES BAY REGION TONIGHT AND SATURDAY. THE SURFACE LOW
WILL THEN DESCEND THROUGH QUEBEC AND INTO THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED
STATES BY SUNDAY. A WEAK RIDGE OF SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE IS EXPECTED
TO SLIDE THROUGH THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES LATE SUNDAY AND INTO THE
START OF NEXT WEEK.
