EAST THROUGH THE MID ATLANTIC STATES.  A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE...30.20 INCHES...WILL BUILD INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
TODAY.  A NEW SURFACE TROUGH WILL THEN DEVELOP OVER THE REGION ON
