SYSTEM...AVERAGING 29.90 INCHES...WILL MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW IN
THE OHIO VALLEY DURING SATURDAY AND PULL AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT
THROUGH THE REGION SUNDAY. COLD HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN LINGER
