For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure system...averaging 29.80
inches...over southern Quebec will slowly loosen its grip on the
eastern Great Lakes as it lifts northeast. High pressure...
averaging 30.10 inches...will then build into the region tonight and
remain in place through early next week.
