TO NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGHOUT SUNDAY AND MONDAY...INTENSIFYING TO
28.90 INCHES ALONG THE WAY. THIS SYSTEM WILL BEGIN ITS SLOW TREK
EAST ON TUESDAY...WEAKENING FROM 28.90 INCHES TO 29.50 INCHES BY
LATE WEDNESDAY...AS IT ARRIVES OVER THE GREAT LAKES REGION. THIS
