.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE...AVERAGING 30.10 INCHES...WILL BUILD OVER
THE NORTHWESTERN GREAT LAKES TODAY...PUSHING A COLD FRONT SOUTH
THROUGH THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES.  THIS HIGH WILL SLIDE EAST THROUGH
THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.  A LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL THEN TRACK INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON
