For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure averaging 30.40 inches will continue to
build into the Great Lakes Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning as
cloud cover holds steady across the region for the day. High
pressure will gradually drift east into PA/NY by Tuesday evening,
slowly diminishing pressure down to 30.20 inches across the Great
Lakes. Low pressure, 29.70 inches, is then expected to push from
western Ontario into western Quebec early Wednesday into early
Thursday, bringing steady rain to the lakes and bays of Michigan
throughout Wednesday.

.TONIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming southwest 5 to
10 knots after midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots
in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less building to 2 to 4 feet
late in the afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to
30 knots increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
after midnight. A chance of showers in the evening. Showers after
midnight. Waves 5 to 7 feet building to 6 to 9 feet after
midnight. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...South winds 20 to 25 knots becoming southwest 15 to
20 knots early in the afternoon. Gusts to 35 knot gales. Showers.
Waves 8 to 12 feet. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to
25 knots with gusts to 30 knots after midnight. Showers likely
early in the evening...then a chance of showers in the late
evening and overnight. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally
around 10 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
decreasing to 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots late in the
morning...then becoming northwest 15 to 20 knots late in the
afternoon veering to the northeast late in the evening. A chance
of showers early in the morning. Waves 5 to 7 feet subsiding to
2 to 4 feet late in the evening. Waves occasionally around
10 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 20 to
25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales. A chance of snow showers
early in the morning. A chance of showers...then showers until
early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 10 to 14 feet. Waves
occasionally around 18 feet.
.SATURDAY...South winds 20 to 25 knots becoming southwest 15 to
20 knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming
west 20 to 25 knots early in the evening becoming northwest to
30 knots in the late evening and early morning. Gusts to 40 knot
gales increasing to 45 knot gales in the late evening and early
morning. Showers. Snow showers likely until early morning. Waves
8 to 12 feet building to 12 to 16 feet in the late evening and
early morning. Waves occasionally around 20 feet.

20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots after midnight. Showers
early in the evening. Waves 4 to 6 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
in the morning decreasing to 15 to 20 knots...then becoming north
10 to 15 knots late in the afternoon becoming light and variable.

Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
