WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES STRETCHING FROM THE
UPPER MIDWEST TO NEW ENGLAND THIS MORNING WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. A WEAK TROUGH OF 30.1 INCHES OVER ONTARIO WILL MOVE TO
JAMES BAY THIS AFTERNOON THEN TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES TONIGHT.
THE HIGH WILL SHIFT TO NEW ENGLAND ON MONDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF
29.7 INCHES MOVES OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. THE LOW IS EXPECTED TO
LIFT TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY THEN FILL AS IT LIFTS INTO
CANADA.
