IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES IS OVER SOUTHWESTERN
QUEBEC THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL MOVE EAST OFF THE NEW ENGLAND
COAST SATURDAY. A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES
OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST THIS AFTERNOON WILL
BUILD SOUTH TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS OVER THE WEEKEND.
MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM MANITOBA
THIS AFTERNOON TO JAMES BAY SATURDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT
MOVING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY. ANOTHER
LOW OF 29.4 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS MONDAY
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY.
