FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Expansive high pressure of 30.3 inches will remain
over the eastern Ohio Valley and mid Atlantic Coast through
Friday. Meanwhile, a strong low averaging 28.8 inches over Hudson
Bay will move east this afternoon. Another strong low pressure
will move across the Canadian Prairies on Friday and
Saturday and onto Hudson Bay on Sunday, with its trailing cold
front crossing the lake by Sunday.
