WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES IS MOVING EAST ACROSS
NORTHERN MINNESOTA LATE THIS MORNING WHILE A SECOND LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM OF 29.7 INCHES IS LIFTING ACROSS CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN.
THESE TWO LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL MERGE ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN
ONTARIO BY EARLY THIS EVENING...THEN MOVE NORTHEAST OVER QUEBEC
TONIGHT. ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH THE MID MISSISSIPPI
AND OHIO VALLEYS WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY...THEN TO NEW
ENGLAND THURSDAY EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL THEN
MOVE FROM CENTRAL CANADA TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH LATE
WEEK.
