WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT
LAKES WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST TO NEW ENGLAND BY TUESDAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS
TONIGHT AND MOVE VERY SLOWLY NORTHEAST TO HUDSON BAY BY WEDNESDAY.
A COLD FRONT TRAILING SOUTH FROM THIS LOW WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE
LAKE WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL
PLAINS WEDNESDAY WILL BUILD EAST INTO THE WESTERN LAKES IN THE
WAKE OF THE FRONT WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
