WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA
WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTHEAST TOWARDS WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR
EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL THEN WEAKEN AS IT MOVES EAST
ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR AND TO QUEBEC AS A 29.7 INCH LOW BY TUESDAY
MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES
MONDAY WILL BUILD SOUTH INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS MONDAY
NIGHT...THEN SPREAD EAST INTO THE WESTERN LAKES TUESDAY IN THE
WAKE OF THE LOW. THE HIGH WILL MOVE VERY LITTLE THROUGH THE
REMAINDER OF THE WEEK...REPOSITIONING ITSELF OVER THE GREAT LAKES
BY FRIDAY AND SLOWLY WEAKENING TO 30.3 INCHES.
