WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...STRONG LOW PRESSURE OF 28.8 BETWEEN THE GREAT LAKES
AND JAMES BAY WILL TRACK INTO CENTRAL QUEBEC TONIGHT WHILE
DEEPENING TO 28.7 INCHES. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE AROUND 30.2 INCHES
TRANSITS THE LAKE TUESDAY...FOLLOWED QUICKLY BY A 29.6 INCH LOW
THAT WILL PASS JUST SOUTH OF THE LAKE WEDNESDAY. STRONG HIGH
PRESSURE AROUND 30.5 INCHES MOVES INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS BEHIND
THIS LOW...THEN OVER THE LAKE BY FRIDAY.
