WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL CONTINUE
NORTHEAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TODAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5
INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL TRACK TO NORTHERN MINNESOTA
BY THIS EVENING AND DEEPEN TO 29.4 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL TRACK
ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO TUESDAY WHILE AN ASSOCIATED COLD
FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. THE LOW WILL FILL TO 29.5
INCHES OVER QUEBEC THURSDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES
WILL BUILD ACROSS THE PLAINS TUESDAY...REACH THE MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY WEDNESDAY...AND THEN EXTEND AT 30.5 INCHES FROM THE
NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE OHIO VALLEY LATE IN THE WEEK.
