WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY OVER EASTERN QUEBEC THIS WEEKEND. HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING
OF 30.2 INCHES FROM WESTERN ONTARIO TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL
