IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY WILL MOVE TO NEAR WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR BY SUNDAY MORNING
AND TO NEAR JAMES BAY ONTARIO BY EARLY MONDAY AS IT DEEPENS TO
29.5 INCHES. A WEAK TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE
SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING
30.0 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE LAKES REGION EARLY NEXT WEEK
BRINGING A SECONDARY COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE MONDAY NIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST AND
NORTHERN LAKES MID WEEK.
