WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL CONTINUE
TO PULL AWAY TO THE NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT...WHILE A LARGE RIDGE OF
HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES
SPREADS SOUTH INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE CENTER OF THE HIGH
WILL REFORM OVER THE LOWER OHIO AND MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY BY
TUESDAY AFTERNOON...WITH WEAKER RIDGING OF 30.1 INCHES MOVING
ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS
THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY...WITH A TROUGH
DEVELOPING NORTHEAST TOWARD LAKE LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY NIGHT
INTO THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL THEN LIFT
NORTHEAST ACROSS THE MIDWEST OVER THE WEEKEND.
