WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES STRETCHING FROM HUDSON
BAY THROUGH THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT OVER LAKE
MICHIGAN LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND THEN GRADUALLY EAST
BY MONDAY MORNING. THIS HIGH WILL THEN SETTLE OVER THE
SOUTHEASTERN STATES THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES WILL FORM OVER
SASKATCHEWAN MONDAY AFTERNOON WHILE A SECOND LOW OF 29.5 INCHES
DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THESE LOWS WILL MERGE MIDWEEK
WITH BROAD LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES THEN IN PLACE FROM THE
CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST DURING THE LATTER HALF OF
THE WEEK.
