FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Large weak high pressure of 30.0 inches centered over
the Ohio Valley will slowly shift off the east coast Monday into
Tuesday. Low pressure of 29.5 inches over Manitoba will slowly
move east to James Bay by Tuesday...with a trailing cold front
extending southwest into the central plains. A second area of low
pressure will move northeast along this cold front Monday night
into Tuesday. The two lows will merge over Quebec Tuesday night
and deepen...as high pressure builds across the northern and
central plains Tuesday into Wednesday.
