WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES
WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE EASTERN THIRD OF THE
COUNTRY THROUGH THIS WEEK. SEVERAL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL
TRACK FROM THE CANADIAN ROCKIES TO HUDSON BAY THROUGH THE WEEK
WITH TRAILING TROUGHING OVER THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL HIGH
PLAINS...BOTH REMAINING WELL WEST AND NORTH OF THE GREAT LAKES.
