WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 INCH HIGH SPREADS FROM SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN
THROUGH TEXAS AND WILL REACH THE SOUTHEAST U.S. SUNDAY. MEANWHILE
A 30.0 INCH LOW OFF THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST WILL DEEPEN TO
AROUND 29.0 INCHES AS IT REACHES NOVA SCOTIA SUNDAY EVENING. THE
HIGH SPREADS OVER THE EAST COAST LATE SUNDAY AND SLOWLY SHIFTS
EAST OVER THE ATLANTIC THROUGH MID NEXT WEEK. A 29.1 INCH LOW
FORMS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS SUNDAY EVENING AND MOVES OVER THE
UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY EARLY NEXT WEEK. THE LOW REMAINS
RELATIVELY STATIONARY INTO WEDNESDAY AND ITS COLD FRONT SWINGS
OVER THE LAKE EARLY TUESDAY.
