WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES WILL CONTINUE TO NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND TODAY AND WEAKEN AS IT
PROGRESSES. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE MID
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL SHIFT TO THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT AND TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF AROUND 29.7
INCHES WILL GRADUALLY ORGANIZE ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
THURSDAY NIGHT...AND MOVE NORTHWARD TO LAKE MICHIGAN BY FRIDAY
WHILE WEAKENING. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE OF AROUND 29.4 INCHES IS
FORECAST TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS FRIDAY AND TRACK TO
THE UPPER MIDWEST SATURDAY NIGHT...WHILE ANOTHER LOW OF 29.4
