WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES NORTH OF THE GREAT LAKES
WILL QUICKLY MOVE TO SOUTHERN QUEBEC BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
MEANWHILE...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WILL BUILD
SOUTHEAST FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE HIGH WILL THEN MOVE SOUTHEAST TO THE
MID ATLANTIC COAST BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES IS WILL THEN DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY INTO
FRIDAY.
