AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER SOUTHWEST QUEBEC
WILL MOVE OFF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST TONIGHT THEN DEEPEN TO 28.7
INCHES THURSDAY AS IT LIFTS ACROSS THE CANADIAN MARITIME
PROVINCES. MEANWHILE...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1
INCHES STRETCHES FROM NORTHERN MANITOBA INTO THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. THIS HIGH WILL MOVE TO THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES LATE TONIGHT...THEN TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES FRIDAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS SASKATCHEWAN FRIDAY TO
JAMES BAY SATURDAY EVENING.
