WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...STRONG LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO
WILL MOVE TO HUDSON BAY THROUGH THURSDAY WHILE DEEPENING SLIGHTLY TO
29.1 INCHES. THE LOW WILL THEN LINGER THERE INTO THE WEEKEND WHILE
WEAKENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PLAINS THROUGH TONIGHT AND SLOWLY SPREAD EAST INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING
29.8 INCHES AND AN ASSOCIATED WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
LAKE FRIDAY NIGHT.
