FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES
EXTENDING FROM THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS TO WEST TEXAS WILL
CONSOLIDATE AND DEEPEN INTO A 29.3 INCH LOW OVER THE EASTERN
DAKOTAS BY MIDDAY SUNDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO LAKE SUPERIOR BY
MONDAY AFTERNOON WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.6 INCHES AND THEN INTO
QUEBEC TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES SPREADS SOUTH INTO
THE NORTHERN PLAINS. RIDGING FROM THIS HIGH WILL EXPAND EAST INTO
THE GREAT LAKES AND THE HIGH WILL REMAIN IN THE REGION THROUGH THE
END OF NEXT WEEK WHILE SLOWLY WEAKENING.
