WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
MID MISSISSIPPI AND OHIO RIVER VALLEYS TONIGHT...THEN SPREAD
ACROSS THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH THE DAY FRIDAY. ANOTHER LOW
OF 29.4 INCHES WILL DROP ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS FRIDAY...THEN
GRADUALLY LIFT INTO ONTARIO BY SUNDAY WITH A COLD FRONT SWEEPING
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. THE LOW WILL SLOWLY MEANDER TOWARDS JAMES
BAY BY MID WEEK WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES SPREADS FROM
THE CENTRAL PLAINS MONDAY ACROSS THE MIDWEST TUESDAY.
