WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER JAMES BAY WILL MOVE
NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS NORTHERN QUEBEC TONIGHT. SEVERAL COOL FRONTAL
BOUNDARIES ARE PIVOTING AROUND THE LOW WITH THE FIRST MOVING DOWN
THE LAKE THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE NEXT MOVING DOWN THE LAKE MONDAY.
STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF AROUND 30.3 INCHES WILL MOVE SOUTHWARD FROM
THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES MONDAY THEN GRADUALLY MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN MID WEEK WHILE WEAKENING. THE HIGH WILL THEN SLOWLY
SHIFT EAST OF THE LAKE LATE IN THE WEEK.
