WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY ONTARIO
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST TO NORTHERN QUEBEC ON
WEDNESDAY...WHILE A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES
BUILDS EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS TOWARDS THE MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY. THE HIGH WILL THEN SHIFT EAST TOWARDS THE TENNESSEE AND
OHIO VALLEYS WEDNESDAY NIGHT WHILE A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.9 INCHES DROPS SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE PLAINS AND EVENTUALLY
THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON THURSDAY. NEW LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9
INCHES WILL THEN QUICKLY MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE CENTRAL GREAT
LAKES THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY...BEFORE STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.6 INCHES QUICKLY BUILDS IN BEHIND THIS SYSTEM.
