WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES STRETCHING FROM THE
UPPER MIDWEST TO THE OHIO VALLEY WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST THROUGH
SUNDAY AND TO NEW ENGLAND BY MONDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES
OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS ON EARLY MONDAY WILL MOVE TO LAKE
MICHIGAN BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND DEEPEN TO 29.6 INCHES AS IT
DOES. THE LOW WILL MOVE INTO EASTERN CANADA BY WEDNESDAY
