IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.9 INCH LOW OVER SOUTHWEST QUEBEC WILL CONTINUE TO
LIFT NORTHEAST TOWARDS THE CANADIAN MARITIME MIDDAY SATURDAY. THIS
LOW HAD A TRAILING ARCTIC COLD FRONT SLIDING SOUTH ACROSS THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES REGION THIS AFTERNOON. A STRONG 30.8 INCH
HIGH OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST WILL SLIDE SOUTH TONIGHT INTO THE
CENTRAL PLAINS...THEN SHIFT EAST ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
SATURDAY MORNING. THIS RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN WEAKEN
SATURDAY EVENING TO 30.6 INCHES. THE HIGH WILL BECOME CENTERED
OVER THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE A TROUGH
OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES MOVES THROUGH THE UPPER
MIDWEST AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
