WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES JUST SOUTH OF LAKE
SUPERIOR WILL MOVE NORTHEAST OVER THE UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN
TODAY. THE LOW WILL THEN WEAKEN AND MOVE INTO CENTRAL QUEBEC BY
MIDDAY TUESDAY. AN ASSOCIATED FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL REMAIN OVER
THE NORTHERN PORTION OF LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY...AS A LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.8 INCHES LIFTS NORTHEAST ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN LATE TUESDAY
NIGHT. A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL MOVE OVER
THE GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
