WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES EXTENDS ACROSS THE
ATLANTIC COAST...WHILE A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING
29.9 INCHES AND FRONTAL BOUNDARY IS SITUATED OVER THE UPPER
MIDWEST AND CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS TROUGH AND FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL
MOVE EAST THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES TONIGHT. A SECONDARY FRONT WILL
MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES REGION SUNDAY...WITH HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES THEN EXPECTED TO BUILD OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
