IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER FAR WESTERN LAKE
SUPERIOR THIS AFTERNOON WILL TRACK SOUTHEAST TO FAR NORTHERN LAKE
MICHIGAN BY MONDAY MORNING...WEAKENING TO 29.6 INCHES AND REACHING
LAKE SAINT CLAIR BY EVENING. THE LOW WILL THEN DRIFT SLOWLY EAST
ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES THROUGH TUESDAY AND ACROSS NEW ENGLAND BY
EARLY WEDNESDAY. FARTHER WEST...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL
SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHEAST FROM CENTRAL CANADA. THE RIDGE WILL SPREAD
ACROSS THE UPPER AND MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY THURSDAY
AFTERNOON...AS ANOTHER LOW OF 30.1 DEVELOPS OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO
AND DROPS SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES THURSDAY NIGHT.
