IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...THE 29.7 INCH LOW OVER SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN WILL
CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AS IT REACHES THE EAST COAST THIS EVENING. A
29.4 INCH LOW FORMS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND
THEN SLIDES OVER CENTRAL ILLINOIS AT 29.7 INCHES THURSDAY. BROAD
HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES SPREADS OVER THE LAKE FRIDAY
WHILE THE NEXT LOW FORMS OVER THE PLAINS SATURDAY.
