WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES IS IN PLACE NEAR JAMES BAY
THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE 30.4 INCHES
EXTENDS ALONG THE OHIO VALLEY. THE LOW WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST INTO
NORTHERN QUEBEC BY SATURDAY MORNING...WHILE THE RIDGE WEAKENS. A
COLD FRONT TRAILING FROM THE QUEBEC LOW WILL MOVE SOUTH DOWN LAKE
MICHIGAN SATURDAY. THEN ANOTHER FAST MOVING LOW OF 29.5 INCHES
WILL MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL ILLINOIS SUNDAY MORNING AND THEN QUICKLY
TRACK EAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC REGION SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE WEAK
