AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT
LAKES WILL MOVE NORTHEAST TO SOUTHERN QUEBEC BY THIS EVENING...AND
THEN DEEPEN TO 28.9 INCHES OVER NEW BRUNSWICK EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING. A WEAK LOW AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL PASS SOUTH OF THE
LAKE THURSDAY EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL
SPREAD OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES FRIDAY AND THEN CONTINUE TO
THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY...WHILE LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES LIFTS NORTHEAST THROUGH THE
NORTHERN PLAINS AND SOUTHERN CANADA SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.
