FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...THE 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE CENTERED OVER THE
CENTRAL APPALACHIANS WILL SPREAD OVER THE EAST COAST TODAY AND
THEN MOVE OFF THE ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY. A 29.1 INCH LOW WILL DROP
OUT OF THE CENTRAL ROCKIES THIS AFTERNOON AND DEEPEN TO 28.8
INCHES AS IT TRACKS TO THE EASTERN DAKOTAS TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL
REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AND SLOWLY
FILL TO 29.0 INCHES. IT WILL THEN SLOWLY DRIFT EAST TO THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TUESDAY EVENING. AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT
SHOULD SWEEP ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL
CONTINUE TO SLOWLY WEAKEN AND SHIFT EAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES WEDNESDAY.
