WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER NORTHWEST ILLINOIS
WILL SLOWLY MOVE TO CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN THIS EVENING. A SECOND
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER
THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TODAY AND TONIGHT AND TRACK EAST TO THE MIDDLE
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MONDAY AFTERNOON...THEN REACH THE OHIO VALLEY
MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY AT 29.8 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING
30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY.
