FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A STATIONARY FRONT WILL REMAIN JUST SOUTH OF THE LAKE
THIS EVENING THEN LIFT NORTH OVER THE LAKE TONIGHT. THIS FRONT
EXTENDS EAST FROM A CENTER OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES
DEVELOPING OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS PLAINS LOW WILL PASS
OVER CENTRAL OR NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN THURSDAY...DRAGGING A COLD
FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL SPREAD
ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT
AND THEN BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND WESTERN
GREAT LAKES FRIDAY.
