WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER FAR NORTHEASTERN
ONTARIO WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC THROUGH THIS
EVENING...WHILE A COLD FRONT TRAILING FROM THIS LOW ACROSS FAR
SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN CONTINUES TO SAG TO THE SOUTH. A SECOND
LOW OF 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST AND MOVE
OVER THE LAKE TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE MERGING WITH THE FIRST LOW
OVER QUEBEC TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES THEN
BECOMES CENTERED OVER THE LAKE WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY
AND THEN IT SHIFTS EAST THROUGH LATE THIS WEEK.
