WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC WILL
CONTINUE TO DRIFT EAST TONIGHT AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9
INCHES OVER THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS AND INDIANA. THIS LOW WILL CONTINUE TO THE UPPER OHIO
RIVER VALLEY EARLY TOMORROW MORNING BEFORE EVENTUALLY MOVING OFF
OF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST TOMORROW NIGHT. BEHIND THE LOW...WEAK
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING OF 30.0 INCHES WILL SETTLE ACROSS THE GREAT
LAKES REGION...BEFORE WEAKENING TO 29.9 INCHES ACROSS THE OHIO
VALLEY TUESDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL PUSH SOUTHEAST
ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TUESDAY NIGHT WITH A COLD FRONT
PUSHING SOUTH OF LAKE MICHIGAN EARLY WEDNESDAY. THE LOW WILL
EVENTUALLY MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES PUSHES SOUTH
ACROSS THE PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST. THE HIGH WILL SPREAD ACROSS
THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY EARLY FRIDAY...WITH WEAKER RIDGING
