IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 INCH LOW OVER ONTARIO WILL DEEPEN TO 29.5
INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER QUEBEC MONDAY EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.0 INCHES SPREADS OVER THE LAKE MONDAY EVENING AND THEN SHIFTS
OVER THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY. A 29.7 INCH LOW FORMS OVER
THE NORTHERN PLAINS TUESDAY MORNING AND REACHES THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE LOWS COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE LAKE
THURSDAY MORNING WHILE THE LOW DEEPENS TO 29.6 INCHES OVER QUEBEC
THURSDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES THEN SPREADS OVER THE LAKE
THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
