IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL DRIFT
EAST TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...WITH
WEAKER RIDGING TRAILING ACROSS THE APPALACHIANS. LOW PRESSURE OF
29.2 INCHES IN THE LEE OF THE CANADIAN ROCKIES WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST
THROUGH THE NORTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT THEN SLOWLY EAST ACROSS THE
UPPER MIDWEST BY MONDAY NIGHT. THE LOW WILL FILL TO NEAR 29.7
INCHES AS IT MOVES ACROSS THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY.
ANOTHER LOW WILL DEVELOP SOMEWHERE ACROSS THE TENNESSEE OR OHIO
VALLEY TUESDAY NIGHT...AND WILL LIKELY DEEPEN TO NEAR 29.4 INCHES
AS IT LIFTS NORTHEAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL OR EASTERN LAKES
WEDNESDAY. THE LOW WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO DEEPEN AS IT LIFTS
NORTHEAST TO EAST OF JAMES BAY BY EARLY THURSDAY.
