WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES STRETCHES FROM THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS INTO THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY THIS EVENING AND WILL
SHIFT OVER THE ATLANTIC COAST BY TUESDAY. FARTHER NORTH...LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES WILL TRACK ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO TONIGHT
AND INTO TUESDAY MORNING...REACHING WESTERN QUEBEC BY TUESDAY
NIGHT. THIS FEATURE WILL STEER A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE LATE
TUESDAY AFTERNOON....WITH HIGHER END GALES EXPECTED IN ADVANCE OF
THIS FRONT AND SOME GALES IN ITS WAKE AS WELL. FOLLOWING THIS
SYSTEM...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE PLAINS
