.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD 29.8 INCH LOW STRETCHING FROM SOUTHERN QUEBEC
THROUGH THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL SPREAD OVER THE EAST COAST
THIS EVENING WHILE A COLD FRONT SINKS SOUTH DOWN THE LAKE. A 30.3
