WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE 30.5 INCHES CENTERED OVER NORTHERN
MANITOBA AND ONTARIO EXTENDS SOUTHEAST INTO THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT SOUTHEAST MONDAY AND BE CENTERED OVER
LAKE ONTARIO AND THE ST. LAWRENCE VALLEY TUESDAY. THE HIGH WILL
THEN CONTINUE EAST AND OFF THE EAST COAST. LOW PRESSURE WILL
DEVELOP IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES TUESDAY THEN DEEPEN TO AROUND
29.4 INCHES AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST ACROSS IOWA TUESDAY NIGHT AND
ACROSS NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL THEN
WEAKEN AS IT MOVES INTO SOUTHERN QUEBEC THURSDAY MORNING. A SECOND
LOW WILL THEN MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND INTO
NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND THURSDAY. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN MOVE
SOUTH FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND MID
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY INTO THE WEEKEND.
