IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IS OVER ONTARIO WITH
RIDGING EXTENDING OVER THE MIDWEST. THE HIGH WILL BECOME CENTERED
OVER THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY BY MIDDAY FRIDAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF
29.7 INCHES MOVES INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SUNDAY WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.0 INCHES MOVES ACROSS THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES REGION SUNDAY
