WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER NEW ENGLAND WILL
GRADUALLY SHIFT NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES THROUGH
