FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.2 inches over the eastern Great
Lakes will reach New England tonight. Meanwhile, low pressure of
29.7 inches over western Iowa will deepen to 29.5 inches as it
moves over the western Great Lakes Thursday night. The low`s cold
front will sweep across the lake Thursday evening and night. The
low will continue northeast across Quebec through the weekend.
Weak high pressure of 29.9 inches will then spread over the lake
on the weekend.

midnight...then increasing 15 to 25 kt late. Chance of showers
and thunderstorms this evening...then showers likely with a chance
of thunderstorms overnight. Waves 2 to 4 ft building to 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds to 30 kt becoming south 15 to 25 kt in
the afternoon. Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms in
the morning... then chance of showers and thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds to 30 kt becoming west. Chance
of showers and thunderstorms in the evening...then chance of
showers overnight. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt.
Chance of showers in the morning. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to
9 ft subsiding to 3 to 5 ft.
