IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES IS NEARING JAMES BAY THIS
MORNING WITH A COLD FRONT STRETCHING ACROSS CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN
INTO WISCONSIN. THE FRONT WILL PUSH ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF LAKE
MICHIGAN TODAY WHILE TWO SEPARATE HIGH PRESSURE AREAS OF 30.2
INCHES BUILD OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND CANADIAN PRAIRIES. THESE
HIGHS WILL MERGE OVER THE WESTERN LAKES/ONTARIO WEDNESDAY...THEN
MOVE TO THE EASTERN LAKES BY LATE THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY.
