WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER WESTERN QUEBEC WILL
DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES TONIGHT AS IT SLOWLY MOVES NORTH. THIS WILL
TRAIL A WEAK COLD FRONT SOUTHWARD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH
TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN CONTINUE TO LIFT SLOWLY NORTHEAST
ACROSS QUEBEC WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING AVERAGING 30.0
INCHES WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST AND WESTERN GREAT
LAKES. THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY DRIFT EAST OF LAKE MICHIGAN AND
ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES AND INTO NEW ENGLAND THROUGH THURSDAY
NIGHT...AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES DEVELOPS EAST
ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH FRIDAY.
