FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK 29.8 INCH LOW IS OVER SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO
WHILE A SECOND 29.4 INCH LOW IS OVER THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE. A
BROAD TROUGH EXTENDS FROM THE SECOND LOW TO ALONG THE ILLINOIS
WISCONSIN STATE LINE. THE SECOND LOW WILL FILL TO 29.5 INCHES AS
IT MOVES OVER THE SOUTHERN END OF THE LAKE LATE THIS EVENING. THE
LOW CONTINUES TO EASTERN QUEBEC BY TUESDAY EVENING. A RIDGE OF
HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES PASSES OVER THE LAKE TUESDAY
EVENING AND NIGHT. THE NEXT LOW BEGINS OVER SOUTHERN ALBERTA
MONDAY NIGHT...AND DEEPENS TO 29.5 INCHES AS IT MOVES THE PLAINS
TUESDAY EVENING. THE LOW WEAKENS TO A BROAD TROUGH AVERAGING 30.1
INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER THE LAKE THURSDAY MORNING.
